I can’t say this for every agent at State Farm because my last experience resulted in my having to make a formal complaint with Arkansas Insurance Department which is still under investigation. On that note, just like purchasing anything else, one needs to exercise caution and do your research. Personally, and speaking from experience, I will be going to Dean for all my future insurance needs where I know I will find honesty and integrity."

"So I went in about a week ago with questions for Laura Fowler. She was unavailable but Dean was. The fact than an agent can help me with my issues was already a plus. Dean was very knowledgeable and broke everything down for me about our families life insurance policies. By the time I left I had switched over my car insurance policies and added a whole extra life insurance plan on to my portfolio. Dean was able to get me 4xs the amount of coverage ( 100k instead of 25k) on each vehicle plus add on an additional 25 k life insurance. All three of my vehicles covered and a policy for $303 a month. I was previously paying $384 for 1/4th of the coverage and no life insurance policy with GEICO. I had been with GEICO for almost 2 decades with no accidents or tickets. Even without the life insurance policy my insurance was reduced by well over $100 a month with 4xs the coverage. He also made sure before I left I understood each policy what it covered and how it worked. He was very patient with me and his energy told me he loved what he does. Even sent videos 4 minutes or less for reference. If you need insurance this is the place to go and tell them I sent you."
